At the age of 5 to 6, children enter a pivotal transition stage, when official primary school learning demands a solid foundation in language, thinking, and social skills.

The America class at United Kinder is specially designed for 5–6 year olds, with emphasis on systematically developing all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. At the same time, we add Pre-Primary sessions to prepare the knowledge foundation so that children feel confident, proactive, and ready to integrate into a primary school environment later on.

During the 5–9 age range, children need a strong language foundation to confidently take the step into primary school. The America program at United Kinder is built to comprehensively develop children’s English skills and learning mindset. The four key orientations include:

Listening & Speaking English Naturally

Children are immersed in a 100% English environment, regularly practicing listening through stories, music, and language games. Daily communication activities help them speak confidently, express ideas, and respond quickly in English.

Foundational Reading & Writing

The program develops reading and writing skills using modern, age-appropriate methods. Children become familiar with letters, phonics, vocabulary, and basic sentence structures, thereby forming the habit of reading and the ability to write simple expression…

Thinking in English

Through project-based learning, storytelling, and real-life experiences, children not only learn the language but also practice thinking, analyzing, and problem-solving in English. This is an important transition from “learning to understand” to “learning to think.”

Confident Transition to Primary School

Children are trained in independence, teamwork skills, and study discipline. At the same time, a strong English foundation helps them adapt and integrate easily into primary school environments, especially international or bilingual programs.

The America class not only gives children the ability to use English fluently, but also nurtures confidence, proactiveness, and independent thinking. We believe that with this preparation, children will be ready for primary school and open the doors to global integration.
